UPDATE
From Thursday 25 May, there will be noise nuisance again: demolition of the second part of the ground floor will then start. The demolition work will take approximately 5 working days. The work that will take place from that moment on is mainly aimed at repair and not at demolition. The level of noise nuisance caused by the demolition will then - except for a few brief moments - no longer occur.

BERESTEYN HAARLEM
In December 2020, Vastint Netherlands became the owner of the Beresteyn building complex, located at the Stationsplein in Haarlem. Vastint Netherlands intends to redevelop the entire area, whereby the existing multifunctional complex of 36,400 m2 in total will undergo a complete transformation.
