PARKING GARAGE CLOSURE

The garage will be closed from Thursday, November 9th, at 8:00 PM until (at the latest) Friday, November 24th.

- If you need your car during this period, you will need to park it elsewhere. The nearest parking garage is Cronjé Parking Garage, located at Kleverlaan 12.

- If you don't need your car during this period, you can leave it parked in the garage. Ingress and egress will not be possible.

- To compensate, all Interparking subscription holders will not receive an invoice for the month of November.

Day Parking
The garage will reopen for day parkers starting from Monday, December 4th.

Work Update
The ground floor will (largely) be accessible again from Monday, December 4th. The work in the basement will continue until March 2024. No work will take place during the Christmas holiday.

A different method has been chosen to remove the flooring. Instead of using chisels, a high-pressure water machine will be used. This results in considerably less noise disturbance compared to the chiseling work. There may still be occasional chiseling work in some areas, which could cause some inconvenience.
The concrete damage removal will continue until around mid-December. Afterward, only drilling will take place to install various items (new signs, anodes, etc.). This won't create resonance but might be audible in specific areas.

We are ensuring that the parking facilities meet current standards by replacing terminals, barriers, and payment machines. This will eliminate the need for maintenance in the coming years.

Work/Rest Space
The space on the 3rd floor of building C will remain available to Beynesflat residents during the construction work.

Security
Security measures have been enhanced recently. Security personnel conduct patrols in and around the parking garage during the day, evening, and night. If you observe anything unusual or feel unsafe, you can contact Interparking's control room at 010-4129006. This number is accessible 24/7.

Contact
If you have any questions or comments regarding the construction site, the progress of the work, or other matters, please feel free to reach out via bouw@beresteynhaarlem.nl. Emails will be read and promptly answered on workdays. Information about the overall development can be found on the website www.beresteynhaarlem.nl.
