UPDATE CONSTRUCTION WORK PARKING GARAGE

On Monday, July 24th, the contractor will resume the construction work on the ground floor of the parking garage.

Floor Removal

A different method has been chosen for removing the floor. Instead of chiseling, a machine will be used to spray high-pressure water. This is expected to significantly reduce noise pollution for the residents of the apartments above the parking garage and the surrounding area.

Timeline

It is expected that these construction works will take approximately 8 weeks, depending on the outcome. Due to unexpected difficulties with the ground floor work, we will start the subsequent work in the basement later than originally planned. An exact schedule will be provided later.
